Opt2kit: Mifepristone and Misoprostol Dosage

For women under 9 weeks pregnant, you will need 1 pill of Mifepristone and 4 pills of Misoprostol, and it is recommended to have an extra 4 pills of Misoprostol (a total of 8 pills of Misoprostol).

For women between 9-11 weeks pregnant, you will need 2 pills of Mifepristone and 4 pills of Misoprostol, and it is highly recommended to have an extra 4 pills of Misoprostol (a total of 8 pills of Misoprostol and 2 Mifepristone).

The Mifepristone pill should be 200 mg (or the equivalent to 200 mg) and each Misoprostol pill should be 200 mcg.

If the pills you are getting have different dosages of mg and/or mcg, you will need to recalculate the total number of pills so you can use the correct amount of medication.

How to take Opt2kit Mifepristone and Misoprostol for a safe abortion

Step 1: Swallow the Mifepristone pill with water.

If you throw up in the first 30 minutes after swallowing Mifepristone, it is likely that the pill will not work. In this case, if you have extra Mifepristone, you’ll need to repeat step 1. If not, contact us, we will deliver Free you just have to pay Shipping.

Step 2: Wait 24-48 hours after having swallowed Mifepristone.

You may choose to wait between 24 hours and 48 hours to continue with the next step. Within that time frame, there is no difference in regards to the meffectiveness of Misoprostol.

Keep in mind that most of the symptoms that you will experience will begin shortly after using Misoprostol, so choose a time that is most convenient for you and your schedule. It is recommended to choose a time when you are at home without obligations.

Step 3: Take 800 mg of Ibuprofen 1 hour before using Misoprostol.

This step is not required, but it is highly recommended. Ibuprofen will reduce the intensity of the cramps and help you manage the possible side effects of Misoprostol such as headache, fever and/or chills. Remember, Ibuprofen can be used throughout the procedure and after when needed. Step 4: Place 4 Misoprostol pills under your tongue (sublingual) for 30 minutes.

It is very important that the pills remain under your tongue for 30 minutes to allow them time to be absorbed into your system. After 30 minutes you may drink water to swish and swallow any remnants of the pills.

If you vomit during the 30 minutes when the Misoprostol pills are under your tongue, it is likely that they will not work. In this case, it is necessary to immediately repeat step 4.

If you vomit after the pills have been under your tongue for 30 minutes, there is no need to repeat step 4 as the pills have already been absorbed into your system.

Wait 12 hours

For women under 9 weeks pregnant, proceed to step 5 only if 3 hours have passed since you have used Misoprostol and you have not had any bleeding or the bleeding has been lighter than your normal period.

Step 5: Place another 4 Misoprostol pills under your tongue (sublingual) for 30 minutes.
